No Therapist-Client Relationship

Use of this website, including sending an email or submitting a contact form, does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Gulf Coast Counseling Center or any of its providers. A therapeutic relationship is only established once an intake process is completed and all required documentation is signed.

Services and Fees

All fees, services, and scheduling options are subject to change without notice. Therapy sessions are $200 per 50-minute session, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service. Gulf Coast Counseling Center does not accept insurance at this time but may provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may be subject to a full session fee.

Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. Once you become a client, all health and personal information is protected under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Please note that communication through this website or by email may not be fully secure; sensitive or clinical information should be shared only through approved client portals.
